Detox Series (Part 2/3): How our bodies detoxify

Dr. Patti Yik and Dr. Colin Race continue to dive into our 3-part Detoxification Series by focusing on toxic exposures and how we can help our bodies detoxify.  

We are exposed to so many chemicals on a day to day basis, that can have harmful impacts on us as the years pass. Culminated toxins in the body unfortunately contribute to disease and illness.

The good news? Our bodies can detoxify!

There are simple ways we can do this, which can include supporting elimination, good water intake, regular physical activity, and minimizing the amount of fat cells that our bodies carry.
