Matcha Vanilla Protein Latte

Dr. Colin Race shares his favourite drink (which he drinks daily), the perfect comfort drink for the warmer months!

Here is the recipe:

1 mug of hot water
1/2 to full scoop pure paleo vanilla
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp matcha green tea
Blend at low to medium for 20 seconds
